• I agree for Kiwi Shoe Aid for Africa to display my name, photo and message in the public domain.
• The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only aged 18 or over except employees and their families of Sara Lee/Kiwi, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, go to www.shoeaidforafrica.org/freeprizedraw and fill in your details on the online entry form and click the submit button. You will then be automatically entered into the draw.
• Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instruction will be rejected.
• Closing date for receipt of entries is 5th December 2010.
• One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The Winner must claim their prize within 28 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules selected at the same time as the original.
• Promotion limited to 3 entries per email address. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force; or any other automatic means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
• The prize is arranged on behalf of Sara/Lee Kiwi by Soles4Souls and consists of a 7 night Trip in June 2011 to Tanzania for 1 adult.
• Soles4Souls will:
• Coordinate and obtain return economy class air transportation from London to our destination in Africa;
• Coordinate and obtain ground transportation in Africa;
• Arrange for dormitory-style lodging in Africa;
• Provide linens, toilet paper, a water bottle, and over-the-counter medications for common, non-acute illnesses and injuries;
• Arrange for breakfast, lunch and dinner and safe drinking water/beverages during your stay in Africa;
• Coordinate your participation in shoe distributions to local Africans.
• Soles4Souls reserves the right to cancel the Trip when, in its sole discretion, it determines that it would be advisable to do so.  In such case, Soles4Souls will arrange for you to participate on another trip.  Soles4Souls also reserves the right to alter the Trip itinerary once in Africa.
• Travelling in developing nations is much riskier than travelling within developed nations. While Soles4Souls will take reasonable and prudent measures to reduce foreseeable risks, it cannot eliminate all risks because the risk of personal injury, death and property damage in Africa is increased by factors such as geographic and climatic conditions, forces of nature, hygienic standards, disease, biomedical hazards, infrastructure problems, crime, and civil unrest or terrorism.  In addition, medical services or facilities may not be readily available during portions of the Trip and, if available, may not be equal to standards in developed nations.
• All Trip participants will be required to execute a document releasing Soles4Souls and Sara Lee/Kiwi from all legal liability for any injury to person or property that may occur during the Trip except where injury to person is caused by the negligence of Soles4Souls or Sara Lee.
• The Winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, not listed as part of the prize package above.  The Winner is able to extend their trip at their own expense.
• The Winner must make bookings at least 30 days prior to preferred departure dates.
• The Winner must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize break.
• The Winner who is not able to attend can nominate a suitable candidate who is available during the trip times & schedule within 28 days of the winners announcement.
• Winners and guests must be in possession of any applicable visas.
• No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the travel provider reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
• The Winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.
• By entering the free prize draw, the entrant gives a warranty that they do not have a criminal record, and that failure on their part to disclose such will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
• The Winner’s name & county will be made available on request to those writing to Kiwi, Sara Lee Household & Body Care, 225 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 4AU. By entering this prize draw winners consent to these details being disclosed.
• By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
